We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual (English/ Spanish) individual to be our Farm Supervisor for our South New Jersey facility. The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for providing support to the Farm Manager.
Areas of responsibility include; delegating tasks to team members, planting, harvesting, fertilizing carrots, and ensuring that all employees are following safety regulations.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for executing daily/weekly production schedule for optimal efficiencies. This person is hard-working, organized, and team orientated. Potential candidates must be eager to join a fast-paced family-run business.

- Primary focus to be on labor; participate in the training and positive leadership of employees.
- Supervise farm in accordance with established Food Safety regulations.
- Assist in the execution of planting, fertilizing, irrigation, and spraying plans.
- Engage QA initiatives to ensure optimal product reaches the marketplace.
- Report directly to Farm Manager.
- Background in agriculture or farming experience.
- Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player that collaborates on work in progress.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Capability to multi-task.
- Work requires being outside most of the time.
