Joe Produce was founded by Rex Lawrence, who began his career in California's Salinas Valley and worked his way up to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Having seen hiring from every angle, he launched JoeProduce.com to connect great people with great produce companies in a smarter, more efficient way. As the network grew, customers asked for more hands-on support. That demand led to Joe Produce Search, an executive search and recruiting division focused on critical and confidential hires.
