The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the sales team, responsible for ensuring order input is accurate. They facilitate communication with buyers to fulfill orders and liaise with operations, logistics, and shipping to ensure seamless customer service. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the sales team, with the objective of freeing up their time so that they can focus on pursuing new business opportunities, including the establishment of new accounts and the further development of existing ones. The sales coordinator may be asked to help with portions of a sales deck, run reports, ship samples, and help to coordinate materials for trade shows. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and vendors. These are examples and not an inclusive list of duties for this support role.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role supports the sales and brand growth aspirations through:
Order Entry
- Accurate and timely enter new order entry into Famous ERP including PO’s, shipping, and delivery dates, freight costs, and order instructions.
- Manage orders across multiple customer platforms (e.g., Procurant, ITrade, E2Open, OFX, Retail Link) and future systems to ensure no orders are missed.
- Manage business utilizing phone, email, Teams, electronic portals, cross functional collaboration, and facility visits.
- Order changes including last minute involving cross functional communication to problem solve and find best solution for customer and company.
- Constant monitoring of emails making sure orders are not missed and handled in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot mis shipped orders, incorrect data, system/database problems.
- Standard order and system order updates including but not limited to packaging updates for promotions ensuring costs are correct and operations knows what to pack.
- Judgement and communication. Make sound decisions utilizing SOP’s, knowledge and sound problem solving.
Customer Communication
- Notify buyers of non-shipped orders and confirm next steps.
- Notify buyers of any potential issues with their orders and help solve problems.
- Other as needed and directed by sales team or VP of Sales & Marketing.
Other Duties
- Submit weekly customer compliance forms on Monday’s.
- Monitor customer item management compliance to ensure company adherence
- Manage Repositrak Compliance for select customers and others not covered by Food Safety.
- Support new customer system setup.
- Track and correct transactional errors, example: include but not limited to ASN, invoicing etc.
- Support Accounts Receivable by addressing initial issues and aging accounts prior to escalation.
- Process and document rejection notices – communicate cross functionally regarding customer rejections including typing notices, gathering feedback from operations, food safety, logistics and sharing with sales account manager as well as documenting for ongoing file.
- Process ASN’s (until transitioned to another department).
- Manage freight on PO’s (until transitioned to another department).
- Review and distribute BOL’s daily.
- Ship samples for sales and marketing purposes. Occasionally, you will be required to travel to company facilities and drop off items at FedEx or other shipping providers.
Customer Performance
- Support Sales Account Managers by monitoring merchandising reports and providing feedback on account activity based on the information provided. Also includes following up with merchandisers as needed to ensure clarity, provide guidance and offer direction
- Provide support as needed by creating and delivering customized PowerPoint presentations for sales account managers and business development managers
- It is essential to prioritize sales retention in areas that are within control based on roles and responsibilities

General Summary

As a Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) Sales Development Representative, you will expand Silo’s business by discovering qualified prospects, understanding where their business can be improved, and communicating the value of Silo’s products in helping achieve those improvements. You will work directly with our Account Executives to become the Quarterbacks of your assigned territory, generating pipeline via whatever strategy you deem most effective. You must effectively communicate the value and functionality of Silo, follow the Silo playbook, and maintain detailed records of interactions and leads in our Salesforce CRM. Additionally, you’ll take a data backed approach to prospecting, outreach and pipeline generation. You will need to be comfortable with change that comes at a fast start up and the ability to sell a product that is new to the market.
What you'll do
- Achieve monthly quotas of leads sourced, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities generated
- Research and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
- Maintain accurate account & activity information in Salesforce (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)

Our client is a mid-market company that provides fresh/refrigerated products to the food service industry. Due to current growth and future expansion, they are adding this newly created position to their food safety and quality department. Current or past "Produce" experience is required for this position.
The new Food Safety Director will be based in Southeast Wisconsin and will manage a team within Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation. The Food Safety Director is responsible for overseeing the QA team and FSQA team, delegating tasks, and reviewing the schedule, identifying and resolving quality issues with operations and working with management. Our recruit needs to be familiar with SQF, HACCP, GMPs and internal procedures of the area. He/she is responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance staff and maintaining Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management Systems to support manufacturing of wholesome and quality food. The Food Safety Director helps develop, maintain and oversee implementation of Policies and Procedures in accordance with SQF code.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the quality assurance technician team and FSQA management team. Provide leadership and communication to the team.
- Serves as SQF Practitioner for the firm.
- Leads 3rd party audits and annual SQF audit.
- Direct contact for USDA FSIS inspector.
- Oversee the development, implementation, review and maintenance of the SQF System, including food safety fundamentals outlines in 2.4.2, and the food safety plan outlined in 2.4.3.
- Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity of the SQF System.
- Oversee company’s food safety and quality training and determines training needs.
- Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF System.
- Oversees corrective actions and preventive measures related to food safety and food quality non–conformities.

- Can conduct monthly facility audits and inspections.
- Responsible for maintaining organic certifications.
- Oversee chemical usage, assuring that chemicals are stored properly and secure and that all SDS are available.
- Can develop and maintain operational quality standards, batch sheets and specification sheets (SOPs).
- Can create, review and approve finished product labels.
- Assist FSQA Managers in the implementation new policies and procedures.
- Review environmental swabs and ATP swabs results and take corrective action, as needed. Trend results.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customer requirements. Can provide support in completing customer questionnaires.
- Adhere to all regulatory rules and regulations, ensuring that food safety and product performance standards are met.
- Handle quality assurance issues on production floor as they arise.
- Back up for FSQA Managers and QA Supervisor.
- Create a positive working environment for all associates: one that supports continuance improvement, reinforces company philosophy and policies, and ensures that every individual is treated with respect.
- Provide independent oversight of processes, verifying compliance to company standards and policies, and effectively communicating when there are deviations from standards or processes.
Requirements:
- Preferably have at least 5 years of food safety and quality experience ideally in a Produce manufacturing environment. SQF2 is required.
- Preferably have knowledge of FDA, USDA and implementing Food Safety Systems.
- Preferably have experience with 3rd party food safety audits.
- Food Safety Skills: GFSI, SQF, GMP’s, HACCP, CCP.
- Be a team player maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ability to work in cold environment (below 40 °F).

This position will be responsible for leading and executing the global berry sourcing strategy while remaining hands-on in day-to-day procurement execution and grower relations. This role ensures 52-week supply coverage, diversification of origins, competitive costs and margins, consistent quality and food safety compliance, and strong long-term grower partnerships.

Core Responsibilities
1. Global Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute annual sourcing plans for blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

- Evaluate supplier competitiveness by cost, quality, reliability, and risk.
- Identify and onboard strategic growers.
2. Grower Relations & Field Leadership
