At Dandrea Produce, we don’t just move food; we grow legacies. Since 1917, we’ve evolved from a local farm into a fourth-generation, vertically integrated powerhouse. When you join us, you aren't just an employee, you are part of a 100-year-old family tradition built on stability, innovation, and a "2020 Vision" that keeps us leading the industry.

We offer the best of both worlds: the reliability of a century-old institution and the energy of a forward-thinking tech leader in agriculture. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact the food supply chain across the entire Eastern United States and beyond.

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Procurement & Transportation professional to join our team in Buena, New Jersey and bridge the gap between our global procurement needs and our complex transportation logistics. This is a dual-impact role designed for someone who thrives on efficiency and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Inventory Management

Who You Are

  • A Visionary: You don't just react to the market; you anticipate trends and prepare for "tomorrow today."
  • A Communicator: You can easily pivot from talking logistics with a driver to discussing ROI with the Finance department.
  • A Problem Solver: You enjoy the "puzzle" of inventory management—balancing buy-backs, sell-offs, and 3rd party vendor relations.
  • Mission-Driven: You believe in providing safe, high-quality food and making a tangible difference in the community.

Compensation: $110,000

Ready to grow with us?
