Fosfoquim is the parent company of Horn-Technologies®, a leading chemical company founded in 1986 in Santiago, Chile. In the year 2000 the Horn Diluphos System (HDS) was invented by Fosfoquim, this novel technology allowed the use of pure phosphine to be diluted and discharged. The HDS equips fumigators with the ability to use pure cylinderized phosphine to treat various commodities, processed foods, animal feed, and nonfood commodities including tobacco with a high efficacy. In 2013 Horn-Technologies was founded in Fresno, CA with the goal of meeting all the needs of our customers. Therefore, three branches have been created to meet those needs; HDS unit services, fumigation services, and pest control services.
