Panziera & Thorp has been farming vegetables in South Monterey County for 30+ years. We are an expanding operation looking for help in managing the operation outside of Soledad. The ranch manager will be responsible for all the growing operations of a row crop farm. This is a very hands-on job and the ranch manager will be directly involved in all aspects of the operation.
