Shamrock began in 1922 when Irish immigrant W.T.McClelland and his wife, Winifred, began a small dairy in Arizona. With only 20cows and a dream, they opened Shamrock Dairy, conducting all the milking,bottling, and delivery of the high-quality milk themselves. The McClellandfamily’s strong work ethic transformed their small family-owned business intowhat is now a nationally ranked, privately held, Forbes 500 company with over6,000 associates.

Today Shamrock is still family-owned and -operated, remains based in familyvalues and committed to the families and communities we serve.
