Produce Sales is an ever-evolving profession that requires excellent people skills, specific knowledge of the produce industry, analytical and negotiating skills, solutions and customer-based mentality. Most produce sales environments are dynamic, fast paced and team oriented. A career in selling fresh produce is tough and fun at the same time, and never the same day twice.
