North America Marketing Manager

We have partnered with a well-established and highly successful multi-national company to fill a North America Marketing Manager position for its Fresno, California location.

 

Summary of Job Expectations

Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

·        Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

·        Lead brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion initiatives.

·        Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and performance metrics.

Product Management & Commercialization

·        Lead the Product Management team and oversee product strategy, positioning, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.

·        Partner closely with Global Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.

·        Drive commercialization of new products, technologies, and services.

·        Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.

·        Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development and commercialization.

Public Relations, Media & Communications

·        Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications, journalists, and influencers.

·        Manage press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and public relations activities.

·        Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, industry recognition, and brand visibility.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

·        Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and customer communications.

·        Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and monitor engagement metrics.

Sales & Customer Experience Support

·        Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and collateral.

·        Support trade shows, field days, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.

Leadership & Team Development

·        Lead, coach, and develop Marketing and Product Management team members.

·        Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Summary of Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications, Product Management, or related field.

·        7+ years of progressive marketing, product management, communications, or commercialization experience.

·        3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.

·        Experience leading product launches and commercialization programs.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
