We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales, operations, and finance teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective communication between internal departments and external partners.
This is a remote role with significant growth potential, ideal for someone eager to build their career in produce sales and transition into an Account Manager role over time.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Assist sales reps with order entry, tracking, and customer communication
- Manage and update customer accounts, POs, and shipment schedules
- Provide professional, timely support to both internal teams and customers
- Prepare materials and contribute to customer meetings
- Maintain sales documents and ensure accurate records
Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Track inventory, shipments, and stock availability with logistics/warehouse partners
- Communicate delivery timelines and troubleshoot any fulfillment issues
- Help plan weekly volume requirements and coordinate packaging material needs
Brand & Market Support
- Help distribute and coordinate branded materials (e.g., Dracula Blood Oranges)
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends
- Gather feedback from customers and team members for continuous improvement
Administrative & System Support
- Ensure data accuracy across ERP and sales platforms (NetSuite preferred)
- Assist with retail order portals and basic reporting tools
Team Collaboration
- Support cross-functional coordination between Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance
- Step in for team members when needed and contribute to a team-oriented culture
- Communicate clearly and regularly, especially during peak periods
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or produce operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite experience a strong plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment
- Passion for produce and a desire to grow within the industry
