Your Mission:

We’re looking for a driven Sourcing & Sales Manager to lead growth across our North America portfolio, with a focus on apples, grapes and stone fruits. If you're passionate about fresh produce, sales, and innovation, we want you to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to crush targets and expand our customer base

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, growers, and industry partners

  • Collaborate with our internal teams to drive business growth and improve processes

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the produce industry with focus in Apples, Grapes and Stone fruits (Other commodities expertise a plus!)

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong relationships within the produce industry

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
