Human Resources professionals are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring and on boarding workers, and much more. They consult with company leadership on strategic planning and serve as a link between an organization's management and its personnel. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, accounting, benefits, data entry, and training. Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
