What You'll Do Launch & Lead          

         
• Play a key role in the startup and development of a new operation, helping establish processes, culture, and operational standards from day one.
         
• Lead and develop teams while creating a high-performance, accountable work environment.
         

Drive Results          

         
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor efficiency, productivity, throughput, order fulfillment, and operating costs.
         
• Utilize data and reporting tools to identify trends and implement operational improvements.
         

Ensure Quality & Compliance          

         
• Maintain high standards of product quality and operational consistency.
         
• Partner with Quality and Food Safety teams to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
         

Champion Continuous Improvement          

         
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
         
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
         

Promote Safety          

         
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards.
         
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.
         

What You Bring          

         
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, food production, or related operations environments.
         
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing performance metrics and operational data.
         
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
         
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.
         
• A hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to employee development.
