• National account growth and penetration strategy
• Contract negotiation and pricing strategy
• Product mix optimization and margin performance
• Executive-level relationship management
• Cross-functional alignment across R&D, QA, Logistics, Operations, and Finance
• Business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a visible role in shaping Freshway’s national growth strategy.What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience (produce/foodservice preferred)
