Wonderful Orchards is looking for a Fleet Operations Specialist to join its Fleet Management Department. This role supports systems and activities for the Wonderful Orchards maintenance shops. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on professional, with a solid understanding of the shop operations, agricultural business, and the ability to lead people and projects. This position reports to the Director of Fleet Operations.
This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including a company provided commute vehicle.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Qualifications include proven leadership skills with positive, proactive, and strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Business Intelligence Software Programs
- Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
- Familiar with equipment maintenance
- Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Fuel Dispensing Facilities and Systems
- Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Automated Mobile Fueling Systems
- Coordination of installs and troubleshooting Fleet GPS Systems
- Daily use of Fleet Management System for activity tracking and project management
- Equipment Diagnostic tools and systems for on and off highway equipment
- Fleet and Company Compliance Programs
