University of Tennessee is located in Knoxville, Tennessee and is one of the oldest public universities in the country, opening in 1794. The College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Tennessee is proud to say they have a 13:1 student ratio, allowing students to receive the attention they need to succeed. In 2014 the College of Agricultural and Natural Resources awarded over $750,000 in scholarships to students; nearly 40% of all undergraduate students received a scholarship.
