Jaime Garza worked his way up from his humble beginnings as a shipping clerk learning all facets of the produce business before founding Bebo Distributing in 1988. Since then, Bebo Distributing has grown and flourished under Jaime's leadership. Still family-owned and operated, Bebo Distributing has earned its stellar reputation for the freshest, safest and tastiest produce.
Beginning with just 10 acres of greenhouse facilities on the riverbank of the mighty Rio Grande River, Bebo now operates and markets hundreds of acres of protected growing and controlled environments. Bebo also partners and joint ventures with some of the best growers on both sides of the border to market additional acreage of top-quality greenhouse, shade-house and conventionally grown produce.
Growing in Mexico and Texas
Our produce is sold throughout the US and Canada in national and regional stores, local markets, and national restaurant chains under the highly regarded Bebo brand. We currently offer a year-round solution of fresh products from all major growing areas in Mexico and Texas. All of our produce is gown in fully-certified fields, with the latest technologies, sustainable practices and distributed with top-level service.
Headquartered in Pharr, Texas, our diverse growing, sourcing and packaging operations allow us the ease and flexibility of meeting your weekly, monthly and seasonal promotional needs. Additionally, we offer year-round contractual programs geared to stabilize market conditions and secure consistent pricing throughout the year.
