As a Warehouse Manager, you will interact with company management, buyers, sales, and shipping teams and have the general responsibility for all warehouse operations, general safety, food safety follow-through and member training.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to:
- Oversee and interact with the Desk Manager/Dispatcher to secure quality products to fulfill daily orders
- Oversee and interact with Warehouse Floor Manager to ensure all cooler, repacking, receiving floor operations, general safety are handled in a manner consistent with company objectives
- Ensure that all warehouse employees, contractors, and visitors are following the company procedures, company safety rules and food safety and security program
- Review, verify and complete required food safety documents as needed
- Train all warehouse employees periodically and as needed for any operational and food safety topic and procedure
- Enforce disciplinary measures when appropriate
- Ensure verification and inspection of inbound documents, product for quality, quantity, size, pack, and commodity
- Oversee cleaning, regular maintenance on forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, scales, refrigeration, ice machine, and company vehicles
What we look for in a Warehouse Manager:
- Bilingual, English, and Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
- Must be able to multitask
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Energy to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Physically able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, and move/push/pull/lift items weighing from 50 lbs safely in a refrigerated environment
- Knowledge of the USDA grading and conditioning requirements, correct storage temperatures and specialty produce characteristics preferred
