We now have an immediate opening for a Credit and Collections Manager to join our team in Reedley, CA.
The Credit and Collections Manager will be responsible for maintenance of customer account information, continued review and improvement of the company credit risk policy, assignment of customer credit terms, collection efforts, and aged receivable status reporting. The Credit and Collections Manager will be required to keep accurate records on all credit and collection activities.

- A minimum of four years demonstrated and related experience in credit and collections. Experience in fresh produce is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively use verbal and written communication.
- Technologically savvy and able to demonstrate competence in a variety of technological platforms and processes. FAMOUS software knowledge is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong Business acumen, organizational and administrative skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving skills, especially within a highly innovative environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and proactive thought leadership.
- Strong excel skills, including experience with creation/maintenance of pivot tables and v-lookup formulas.
