We’re searching for an experienced Transplant Manager to join our entrepreneurial team in California. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate and we’re excited about adding new talent to our operation.
We’re seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic, responsible person with a great attitude to manage the overall field transplanting operation. This role will require a team player who can communicate well with all employees and coordinate daily activities with the crew sub-foremen and seasonal employees. Successful candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and will have the ability to multi-task and stay well-organized on a daily basis.

- Manage our field transplanting operation.
- Supervise three crew sub-foreman and approximately fifty seasonal employees.
- Manage and maintain transplant equipment, water trucks, and tractors.
- Coordinate daily with growers and set up weekly transplanting schedule.
- Enforce all safety and food safety protocols.
- Assure accurate planting and crop history reports are maintained.

- 2-3 years of agricultural production experience
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management
