The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, strategicrole at the center of the company’s cross-border operations.

The Mexico Grower Relations Managerwill serve as the primary liaison between U.S.-based leadership andMexico-based growers, owning and strengthening critical relationships whileensuring seamless coordination across production, operations, and sales.

This is not a transactional role. Itis a relationship-focused leadership position that carries significantvisibility, autonomy, and long-term influence within the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Acting as the key point of contact for growers inMexico
• Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based growerrelationships
• Managing grower contracts, programs, and productionprojections
• Coordinating communication between growers, sales,operations, and accounting
• Overseeing seasonal transitions between growing regions(Mainland & Baja Mexico)
• Traveling regularly to Mexico to visit growers, inspectfields, and review operations
• Leading and supporting a small team in the Nogalesregion
• Providing market insight and helping guide supplydecisions

• Experience working directly with Mexico-based growers
• Strong understanding of Nogales and cross-borderproduce operations
• Proven ability to manage grower programs, contracts,and supply coordination
• Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
• A reputation for integrity, professionalism, andfollow-through
• The ability to operate independently whilecollaborating across teams
