Fabricator Welder Shop

Dobler and Sons LLC, has an immediate opening for a Fabricator in our Moss Landing location. If you are interested in working in Shop Fabrication, please review below:

Duties Include:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Follow all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
• Participate in all appropriate training courses.
• Perform other duties as requested by manager and assist other personnel to ensure timely completion of team needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be competent in Welding in a heavy fabrication industry
• Must have experience with variety of welders (MIG, TIG), torches, power tools.
• Must be able to weld variety of metals (especially aluminum)
• Able to operate lathe and manufacture parts a plus
• Can layout and complete a job from plans or as modification to existing work
• Create drawings or plans for projects.
• Previous industrial equipment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Farm equipment upkeep and maintenance experience is preferred.
• 40+ hours, OT available
• Must have 3 months to 1 1/2 years of related experience
• Bilingual is a plus but not required. (must be able to read and write English)

Competitive wages and full benefits package
