DIVISIONS HIRING

Wholesale Sales

  • Lead high-volume sales initiatives for our wholesale division. You'll be the point of contact for foodservice distributors, regional produce buyers, and high-capacity customers. Ideal for a sales leader who thrives on strategic growth, relationship building, and volume-driven wins.

Retail Channel Sales

  • Drive revenue through direct engagement with supermarket chains, local grocers, and retail buyers. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product placement to relationship nurturing and account expansion. A great fit for a retail-savvy salesperson.

Grocery Division

  • Focus on regional and independent grocery clients. You’ll serve as their trusted partner for high-demand specialty produce and help them stay competitive in a fast-moving marketplace. Perfect for a consultative salesperson who values long-term partnerships and localized growth strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the produce, grocery, retail, or foodservice space
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio within a designated division
  • Strong background in account management, merchandising, or buyer/vendor relationship building
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • High level of comfort with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
  • Willingness to work on-site full time in our Miami, FL headquarters

Compensation: Competitive base + commission – a lucrative comp plan for top performers
