This Onsite Quality Assurance Analyst role will split their time between two warehouse locations in Jacksonville and Daytona Beach managed by large grocery customer for the Robinson Fresh division. You will be working directly with the customer and responsible for ensuring Robinson Fresh product meets the established standards of quality. In addition you will be responsible for delivering customer satisfaction, developing strong customer relationships, achieving quality assurance standards and communicating closely with your Robinson Fresh Account Management team.
- Quality inspection experience
- Experience with Food Safety and Produce Inspection programs
- Industry-specific experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently

- Ensure all employees follow all quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Follow sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Monitor and inspect produce to maintain good product quality
- Document Inspections and sorting and all other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Communicate effectively with off-site Account Managers
- Closely support all Account Managers by conducting inspections and sorting their product until it is shipped.
- Prepare and email reports to Account Managers to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry Food Safety regulatory requirements
