Sales Assistant – Fast-Growing Produce Sales Desk

What You’ll Do

• Provide operational and administrative support to a busy sales desk
• Track transactions, pricing, and product movements with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Communicate efficiently with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Support logistics coordination and help ensure product flows smoothly
• Prepare reports and assist with analyzing sales and product data
• Respond quickly to issues and help keep operations running efficiently

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Quick learner who is open to feedback and able to take direction effectively
• Experience or familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is a plus
