Job description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Vernon, CA.
Duties:
- Responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying billing accuracy, preparing and scheduling payments, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Communicates with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, ensures timely payments, and assists with monthly accounting tasks while following company policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Bilingual in spanish
- Experience in produce pro preferred but not necessary
