Job Description:
Accountable for managing and maintaining the spare parts inventory levels of the organization. This includes stocktaking, monitoring inventory, keeping a record of the companied inventory, maintaining the preventive maintenance documents and reviewing the with the Facilities management team; and aiding in the maintenance of company documentation, such as manuals, drawings, instructions etc. Coordinates and follows up on activities by performing the following duties personally.
Pay Rate: $18/hour.

Requirements:
- Valid State Driver’s License.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Planning and implementing stocktaking and enlisting activities.
- Compiling inventory report and lists for review and records.
- Maintaining necessary levels of inventory stock.
- Inputting inventory data into computer programs for maintaining organized records and archives.
- Making checklists for assistance in checking received and shipped goods.
- Counting and sorting of stocks.
- Assisting in packaging and shipping of inventory.
- Reporting any discrepancies or damage in stocks to the inventory manager.
- Making reports and analysis and recommending suggestion for improving efficiency.
- Replenishing the stockpile of the company.
- Catalog all documentation as to what used for and location.

Education:
- H.S. Diploma or GED; and over 3 years up to and including 5 years in a mechanical and cad environment or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and ability to use: MS Outlook Communication Management software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software; and MS Word (Word Processing) software; Internet Usage; and PC and/or MAC and Windows Usage experience.
- Experience with Famous Software is desirable.
