Hazel Technologies is searching for an experienced and self-motivated product professional to help form the foundation of our new Product Management team and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. This position will be based in Hazel’s Fresno, CA Research & Innovation Center.
Position Description
As the Ag Tech Product Specialist you will report directly to the Director of Product Management. Your areas of responsibility are: product installations, providing product demonstration and collecting customer feedback for future product development, and supporting Product Managers to accomplish the operational company goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an in-field Product Team resource while supporting product management needs
- Install and provide in-person resources for product installations and moves
- Closely partner with the Product Mangers to help demonstrate new products with the commercial team to new customers

Travel to customers throughout the west coast and collect customer
feedback for future product development - Independently support multiple priorities, projects, and tasks
- Assist in coordinating logistics for order processing out of Fresno to local growers
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Willing to travel 25% of the time, frequent day trips
- 1+ years of experience in operations or product focused roles
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in order to accomplish goals
- Experience in agriculture, especially fruits and vegetables
Preferences

BA in Food Science, Agriculture, AgBusiness,
Operations, Supply Chain, or similar relevant field - Exposure to enterprise (B2B) sales
