The VP of Sales is a well-rounded sales professional with passion for fresh foods. Our VP of Sales is responsible for developing, deploying, and sustaining a deep understanding of our customers, a brilliant sales strategy, all while developing a winning sales team.

  • Well versed in strategic sales planning and execution;

  • Build and lead teams in a way that fosters trust, and empowers individuals to achieve excellence in performance and personal aspirations;
  • Develop and deploy strategies that ensure both strategic and profit plans are met and exceeded;
  • Ensure we produce relevant best in class meaningful relationships that result in exceeding sales growth objectives;
  • Collaborate across functional areas to find new and innovative ways to build our business;
  • Foster relationships with key stake holders at major customer accounts;
  • Be our strategic partner in all facets to drive a winning growth strategy;
  • Ensure performance is measured, analyzed, and communicated;
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals;
  • Lead all facets of daily sales activities;
