We are seeking a detail orientated and experienced Controller / Accounting Manager to join our team in Santa Maria, CA.
The ideal candidate is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including general accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, tax compliance, and account reconciliation.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and recent experience (within the last 5 years) in bookkeeping.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a flexible schedule within standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
