We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator
Your impact on our team:
You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of inbound and outbound logistics operations in the United States, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, on-time customer deliveries, and proper system transaction management.
You will play a key role as the point of contact between Supply Chain and the commercial team, ensuring traceability, control, and efficiency throughout the entire logistics chain.
What will you do in this role?
- Manage and allocate inventory (based on QC Score, aging, and/or FIFO) according to customer requirements.
- Administer inbound and outbound deliveries in SAP and with third-party logistics providers (3PL), ensuring delivery compliance and service levels (OTIF).
- Perform daily reconciliation between the 3PL system and SAP.
- Coordinate with the commercial team to complete product transactions and maintain updated inventory records.
- Manage documentation for post goods issue in SAP and coordinate with Accounting.
- Oversee subcontracted operations (repacking, sorting, labeling) together with the Quality and warehouse teams.
- Act as the logistics point of contact for the commercial team, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies across the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and the Anti-Bribery Management System guidelines.
What we are looking for:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, operations, or supply chain.
- Experience coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Experience in agro-industrial companies is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP ERP knowledge (preferred).
- Basic accounting knowledge (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with high atentaron to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Bilingual required: Advanced English and fluent Spanish (oral and written)
