Description:

  • Lead CFP Winemakers, overseeing all aspects of the company’s fresh grape, juice, and winemaking supply program. 
  • Responsible for sourcing premium wine grapes from top-growing regions, managing vendor and grower relationships, coordinating seasonal inventory, and supporting customers throughout the winemaking process. 
  • You will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for both commercial and hobbyist winemakers, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and technical guidance.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for growers, vineyards, and winemaking partners. Builds long‑term relationships with customers, providing personalized support and product recommendations.
  • Represent CFP Winemakers at industry events, grower meetings, and customer workshops.
  • Drive seasonal sales strategies for grapes, juices, equipment, and supplies. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote new varietals, harvest updates, and customer programs. Identify growth opportunities and expand CFP Winemakers’ product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in winemaking, grape sourcing, or viticulture.
  • Strong knowledge of grape varietals, fermentation science, and cellar operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage seasonal workflows, logistics, and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Passion for wine, agriculture, and delivering exceptional customer service.
