We have an immediate opening for an experienced Night Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in Vernon, CA. It is essential that the Warehouse Manager work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth flow of service and problem resolution.

Requirements:
- Produce Experience Required
- MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Forklift certification
- Good computer and typing skills
- Experience with a warehouse management position
- The ability to manage teams and lead employees
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for managing all of the activities related to the receiving, storage, repacking, order fulfillment, and shipment of product.
- Responsible for ensuring that the company meets all applicable state and federal environmental and GMP standards.
- Develop and cultivate a culture that creates a sustainable work environment that promotes safety, customer-centric product fulfillment, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and accurate systems and processes.
- Build and develop individuals and teams to create a productive and involved team and a participative work environment.
- Implement continuous process improvements for warehouse efficiency and customer service
