While Christopher Ranch garlic may be grown across the state of California, by the end of our harvest, all 100 million pounds of our annual crop will make its way to our home ranch in Gilroy. Unlike many other garlic growers, who offer short-lived seasonal varietals, we offer the nation’s only true heirloom seed.
