Crystal Valley was founded in 1994 by Jay Rodriguez, President and CEO, who was dedicated to offering fruits and vegetables to foodservice distributors and grocers all over the country. He wanted to create a company that would deliver unique, fresh, nutritious and quality produce to consumers, and develop lifelong relationships with our customers along the way.
With offices and facilities in Miami and Los Angeles, today the company is one of the largest importers and distributors of asparagus in the USA. Its extensive product line also includes baby vegetables, peas, beans, berries, baby lettuces, tropicals, ethnics, peppers and other specialty crops.
