  • We were founded in 1978 under the name Fully Inc.
  • We originally produced bean and soy sprouts along with tofu, soy milk and rice noodles.
  • Our name changed to Fullei Fresh in 1997 and our focus became a variety of sprouts and shoots.
  • We currently grow 18 varieties of sprouts and shoots and will be expanding our product line.
  • In 2017, we sold over 2 million pounds of bean sprouts and over 200,000 pounds of alfalfa. All products combined, we sold almost half a million cases of sprouts and shoots.
  • In 2016, we added 12,750 square feet of production space.
  • No pesticides, additives or preservatives are used.
  • We are top in the industry for food safety and worked with the F.D.A’s Sprout Safety Alliance to develop the new sprout industry regulations.
  • Every lot is tested for e.coli and salmonella prior to shipping. We have a hold and release program.
  • We routinely test for listeria.
  • We are third party audited on an annual basis.
