The J.G. Boswell Company is a 90-year-old, vertically integrated agriculture company based in California. Boswell is one of the largest privately-held farming organizations in the world. With headquarters in Pasadena, it owns and manages two farming ranches in the San Joaquin Valley and a livestock operation east of Visalia. Its primary business is cotton and tomato production and processing, but it also owns and manages a cotton farming, ginning, warehousing and marketing operation in Australia.
