Mahi Pono is a Maui farming company in the process of transforming 41,000 acres of vacant former sugar cane land into a thriving hub of diversified agriculture. Our initial focus is on the production of citrus, with an emphasis on growing, packing and shipping lines to retail, food service, processing, and wholesale produce operations across the US and abroad. We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales. The responsibilities of the VP of Sales include developing our business across North America, meeting with major clients, designing effective sales strategies and related reports, overseeing the daily sales activities and marketing company products and services.
We are focused on finding someone with extremely strong leadership skills with an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products, excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to drive company success from the ground up.
