Karen Nardozza, President and CEO, has the experience, intensity and focus of a big-city ad professional with the flexibility, responsiveness and moxie that comes from building a locally grown business.
She is a leader and trend-spotter who has a knack for bringing people together and ideas to life. An expert in brand development and marketing strategy, she has been achieving successful results for her clients for more than 20 years.

At Moxxy, every account and every project are supported by a team, so there are always at least two or three Moxxers who are up to speed and prepared to jump in. And everyone must be a team player—our collaborative environment isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. We’re driven and we work hard. Not everybody flourishes at Moxxy, but those who do, make significant contributions to the agency, our clients, the fresh produce industry, and learn and grow personally while they prepare themselves for the next career step—which hopefully is advancement and more responsibility at Moxxy.
LOCATION
Moxxy’s roots are in California’s Salinas Valley, surrounded by ag land and fresh, healthy food and wine, but our clients and team members are located around the country. We have a national presence and an international reach. We’ll meet in person a few times per year, but on a daily basis, we work together, but apart, from our home offices. Our systems are cloud based, and we have daily internal and client video meetings.
