Farm Manager – Orchard & Specialty Crop Production

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking farm employee to assist with daily operations on a diversified farming operation.

This position requires an individual who is motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with orchard maintenance including pruning, thinning, irrigation, mowing, and weed control
• Operate and maintain farm equipment, tractors, sprayers, and harvest equipment
• Support harvest operations
• Monitor irrigation systems and assist with water management
• Assist with pest and disease management programs
• Perform general ranch upkeep including repairs, fencing, shop maintenance, and equipment cleaning
• Load, unload, and transport bins, supplies, and materials as needed
• Follow all farm safety procedures and equipment protocols
  

Qualifications

• Previous farming, orchard, or agricultural experience preferred
• Ability to operate agricultural equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work long hours during peak harvest seasons
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Mechanical experience is a plus
