You’ll take ownership of inventory processes, implement smart systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize accuracy and reduce waste. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies, procedures, policies and best practices to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and lead regular cycle counts and full physical to ensure data accuracy and stock availability.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and investigate root cause of variances. Partner with cross functional teams to remediate root causes to drive process improvement.
  • Lead driver check-in and put-aways.
  • Identify and implement best practices for driver check-in.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, receiving and outbound teams to streamline workflows and improve inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and refine procedures to minimize waste, reduce shrink and improve order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity.

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Produce Pro experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of lean inventory practices are a plus.
  • Establish, benchmark, measure and improve KPIs.
  • Develop and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Develop strategic plans, continuously improve processes and procedures, and be an integral part in creating the most efficient warehouse in the industry!
