We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team.
We are looking to add a Production Manager to our team in Dinuba, CA.
The production manager essential duties are to coordinate, monitor, and create efficiencies of the daily packing inside Fresh Select LLC on various types of packaging machines. He/She will work closely with various department supervisors and marketing sales companies to properly coordinate daily run plans. He/She will evaluate workflow, product readiness, quality control and material requirements based off customer needs/daily run plans. He/She must monitor employee performance to include disciplinary actions and production incentive actions. He/She must harbor a safe working environment and train all applicable personnel on SOP procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal management and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Able to think strategically and conceptually while managing execution.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Use sound judgement in decision making and problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and outstanding detail orientation and follow-through skills.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with OSHA, FDA, USDA AND FSMA compliance/regulations rules and practices.

- Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste by applying lean manufacturing principals.
- Use common sense problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate operational issues before they occur.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and be good with time management.
- Coordinate and support continuous improvement activity through the facility while also providing direction, guidance and goals to supervisors and their constituents.
- Perform other tasks & duties as assignment to them by upper management / ownership.
