We are a team of dedicated professionals who love what we do and we are currently searching for an Accounting Manager to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
As the Accounting Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions for the organization and to conduct analysis for reporting to guide management in the business decision making process necessary to facilitate the achievement of desired business results on a weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Expert knowledge in QuickBooks.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge.
- Complete understanding of full cycle accounting.
- Proven working experience as an Account Manager or Full Charge Bookkeeper preferred.
- Experience in the Produce & Logistics or Wholesale industry is a plus.
- Maintain appropriate books and records, consistent with good accounting principles, practices and procedures.
- Maintain all account reconciliations.
- Process QuickBooks transactions, as needed, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Monitor internal control processes & procedures.
- Maintain QuickBooks software and train employees on its use.
- Develop financial and sales analyses reporting.
- Monitor financial performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
