Monterey Mushrooms is second generation, family-owned and operated agribusiness that was established in 1971 in Royal Oaks, California. Today, we are vertically integrated company and control all aspects of mushroom production from seed to customer/consumer.

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Supervisor in our Royal Oaks, CA offices.
The person we’re looking for will be a Customer Service Pro with a least 3 years of customer service experience, and at least 1-2 years of college course work. If you have accounting/receivables experience, that’s a big plus. You will also need strong computer skills including the Microsoft office suite. This is a supervisory position, so great interpersonal skills are a must.
Your focus will be to provide customer service in an efficient and professional manner and maintain customer contact for inter-company, and external sales; provide productive communication with new and existing customers, external distributors, representatives, and agents; resolve inquiries from customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
