We have created a new position, Quality Control Manager, to join our Quality/Food Safety team in Delano, CA. In this role, you will assure that quality and food safety standards are compliant, implemented and maintained as an integral part of the company’s core values. You will use your experience in actively managing a food Quality Assurance program or Dietary Supplement Quality Assurance program, supporting production of a new product in a fast-paced production environment.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with 2-5 years of food safety management/QC experience.
- Certification and training in HACCP, Food Handling/ ServSafe, CCP’s is also required.
- Previous experience working with regulatory agency representatives such as USDA, FDA, SQF and BRC certification requirements is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical or nutritional supplements industries would be a plus.
