Nogales Operations Coordinator

Reports To: Nogales Operations Manager

Position Summary

Baloian Farms is looking for a Nogales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Nogales, AZ. This is a hands-on administrative position supporting the day-to-day movement of fresh produce from Mexico into our Nogales operation. The right person will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-packed environment, and able to keep up with a business where things change throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter inbound manifests and shipment information for fresh vegetable loads arriving from Mexico.
• Enter and maintain information in our ERP system (FAMOUS).
• Verify that shipment information, quantities, product, and documentation are accurate.
• Assist with receiving and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Communicate with internal team members regarding incoming and outgoing product.
• Assist the Nogales Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment or inventory information.
• Perform other duties/cross train as needed to support the Nogales operation and team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office, logistics, warehouse, produce, or transportation environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computers and entering data.
• Ability to learn and work with an ERP system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

We need someone who takes ownership of their work. Accuracy matters in this position. A small mistake in a manifest, shipment, or ERP entry can create problems downstream, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and pays attention to the details.
