ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales, new customer acquisition
- Develop, manage, and maintain customer accounts.
- Sales / customer service, develop and maintain long-term relationships for all customers, always helping.
- Assist commodity buyers with inventory management, creating a daily list of short products and follow up inbound inventory status.
- Follow all relevant job procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Performance Measures:
- Acquire new customers
- Increase departments invoices written
- Increase departments total packages sold
- Increase customer perspective on service provided.
- Decrease out of stock inventory issues
- Meet monthly sales target of $200,000 per month maintaining at minimum 20% profits.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Prior sales experience
- Experience and comfortable working nights
- Computer, English, math, proficient
- Results oriented, personally accountable
Physical Elements of the position
- Walking and standing for several hours
- Continuous hand manipulation
- Working Graveyard hours
- Occasional lifting and bending to check and receive product.
- Working in Cold environment.
