Our greater Los Angeles expansion requires high level Procurement Specialists (Produce Buyers) to help develop our product lines for the Los Angeles market. To fit our company culture, we are looking for highly motivated team members who have a natural desire to achieve to the very best of their abilities. All of our executives receive high level coaching and support to help insure their own personal growth and success.
Target Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the produce industry.
- At least 3 years of Purchasing experience.
- Ability to manage themselves in achieving their own targets.
- Possesses at least basic computer skills.
- An eye for quality and a strong sense of value and accepts nothing less.
- Fearless, relentless and willing to do whatever it takes.
Compensation:
- You will receive a fixed percentage of everything you generate.
