Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager in Kingsville, Ontario, Canada. This person will be responsible for leveraging their superior interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills to build the business with targeted new and existing customers, while exceeding budgeted sales and profitability targets.
Position Reports to:
Vice President of Sales
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Penetrate accounts at multiple levels to build strong long term relationships that will serve as the foundation for long term business growth.
- Drive sales at your accounts, and prospect for new business, to over deliver against monthly sales targets
- Daily pricing and sales negotiations with accounts to maximize sales and margin
- Develop annual promotional and account plans
- Manage customer orders and logistics
- Collaborate with planning/procurement in managing inventory
Education:
- Post secondary education
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a track record of customer growth and business development.
- Superior negation skills and a track record of profitable customer pricing
- Strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to manage internal and customer relationships in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales and produce experience
- Demonstrated track record of sales results
- Post secondary education
- Live in, or willingness to relocate to, the Windsor/Essex County area
