Position Overview:

This full-time role offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment with plenty of room for professional growth. The Produce Salesman will play a vital role in managing sales inventories and developing new business opportunities. Peak season requires a strong commitment, and availability.

Compensation:

$125,000+ annually (DOE)

Commission Bonuses and Brokerage Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales inventories for a range of commodities, with a focus on Peaches, Plums, and Nectarines. Additional commodities include Pomegranates, Persimmons, Asian Pears, and Quince.
• Develop and manage new business accounts to drive company growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
• Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Tree Fruit Sales (Peaches, Plums and Nectarines)
• Proficiency in Famous Software
• Strong basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
