Review recently shipped orders and sending confirmations to the appropriate clients

Assist with customer inquiries to ensure quick response times

Coordinate transportation

Assist Sales Team with forecasting, reports, managing daily estimates and updates
Qualifications:

Microsoft Office Experienced
-
I-Trade experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication skills required

Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills

The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
